I strive to create a safe, healthy space for my clients to navigate through life’s challenges in the presence of the Lord as much as they feel comfortable doing so. As a counselor, my goal is to serve you well as I am representing the Lord and allowing Him to work through me. Together, we will work through whatever difficulties you are facing with goals that are best fit for you and your circumstances. You don’t have to struggle alone. Help and hope are available, and I look forward to witnessing the Lord’s transformative work in your life through Christian counseling.
Greenlake – Mon, Tue & Wed
Online (WA only) – Mon, Tue, Wed & Thu
I offer professional, faith-based therapy for teens and adult individuals facing a variety of challenges and concerns. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, ADHD, depression, abandonment issues, trauma, relationship issues, or other difficulties, it would be an honor to walk alongside you as we uncover the Lord’s plan and purposes for your life through Christian counseling. With empathy and compassion, I will listen to your story and work with you to develop a treatment plan that aims to help you achieve your goals and grow closer to the Lord at the same time.
My Goal as a Christian Counselor
As a Christian clinician, my goal is to guide you toward a happier and healthier life that honors your goals and the Lord. My hope throughout your counseling process is that you will find ultimate healing through Jesus Christ. As your counselor, I will provide a space to do so with empathy, open ears, and empowerment through Christ.
What I Offer in Christian Counseling
Throughout our time together, you can expect a warm, welcoming, and safe environment where we have the opportunity to invite the Lord into our sessions through prayer if you feel comfortable doing so while we navigate life’s challenges together.
My Approach to Christian Counseling
The Lord is our ultimate healer and as believers of Christ, we are united to come together. Providing a Christian-based approach to counseling invites the Lord into the challenges we are struggling to work through. Anything is possible with God, including being able to find joy in life again.
My faith in Jesus Christ allows me to die to myself every day in full surrender in order to be more like Him. As a Christian counselor, I have the honor of serving fellow believers in need and that is the greatest honor to allow the Lord to use me in that way. My faith shapes my practice because there is no one more able than the God of the universe and I am nothing without Jesus.
Qualifications & Experience
I have a BA in Psychology from Central Washington University and an MS in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University.
My Call to Christian Counseling
I faced a multitude of trauma experiences as a child that no one should ever have to endure and the only person who pulled me through was Jesus Christ Himself. I want to use the calling the Lord gave me to give back to others by helping them see the light at the end of the tunnel with the possibility of moving forward and finding healing through faith-based treatment.
More About Me/On a Personal Note
In my free time, my hobbies include a variety of activities including exercising, going on walks with my family, taking our dogs to the park, spending time with friends and family, traveling, being in the sun anytime I can, going shopping, and diving deep into Scripture. I truly believe the Lord has created our lives to not only encourage us to be more like Him but also to enjoy our time on earth while we still have it before entering the gates of heaven.

Anxiety
In the Bible, the phrase “do not be afraid” appears 365 times. We are not meant to live in fear, and anxiety can be crippling. Navigating ongoing daily fear can be challenging and debilitating. Therefore, through counseling my goal is to help you discover the root of your anxiety and carefully guide you toward practical coping skills to tackle your symptoms. As it states in Scripture, God does not give us a spirit of fear, but of a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Together, we can conquer anxiety through the power of the Holy Spirit.
Women’s Issues
As Proverbs 31:25 states, “She is clothed in strength and dignity, and she laughs without fear of the future.” Women of God are powerful and beautifully created by God to enjoy life. From one sister in Christ to another, we tend to face many challenging circumstances as we live in a very broken world. Together, we can develop new strength, find healing, and discover the purpose God has called for you as a woman of God while juggling the various roles and difficulties of life.
ADHD
We are all made in the image of God and our neurodiversity reflects aspects of how He intricately created us. Together, we can walk through the challenges ADHD can reflect in our daily lives by learning to integrate coping skills (such as distress tolerance and emotion regulation) to successfully manage symptoms. My hope is to provide treatment in a judgment-free zone with goals that relate to what you are looking for in treatment.
Counseling for Teens
As stated in Ecclesiastes 11:9, the youth were intended to enjoy life. However, that can be a challenging verse to lean into when being a teenager brings a multitude of developmental, emotional, and physical changes. Especially juggling all of these transitions while trying to navigate life in itself. In session, one of my goals is to meet you where you are and to discover where you want to be and who you want to be. My aim is to help you meet your goals and offer a comfortable space for you to do so.
Online Counseling
Life happens! It can become busy, schedules change, transitions occur; sometimes we need flexibility. Online counseling makes it simple to receive care wherever you feel the most comfortable, including the comfort of your own home. All that is needed is a secluded, quiet, and private place with good Wi-Fi on a personal device such as a cell phone, computer, laptop, iPad, etc. Regardless of your reason for seeking online counseling, I look forward to serving you along the way.
