Non-Network Reimbursement

At Bellevue Christian Counseling, we understand that finances can be a real concern for those who seek the help of a counselor. While most of our counselors are not in-network with insurance agencies, the vast majority of our clients see much of their counseling fees reimbursed from their insurance companies.

Upon paying for your session, your counselor will provide you with a receipt. You can then present this receipt to your insurance company for reimbursement. Most often, companies will provide reimbursement based on your specific reimbursement rate for out-of-network care. Usually, the amount returned is calculated as a percentage, so if you have financial concerns please check with your agency to learn more about its particular policies.

We at Seattle Christian Counseling are committed to doing our part to help you receive reimbursement. We are happy to advise you further and to fill out any necessary paperwork per your agency’s request.
