Sessions:  I offer 53-minute sessions. Sessions can be held more than once per week, weekly, or every other week. Scheduling options are discussed in greater detail during your Risk-Free Initial Session.

Availability (by office location):

  • Bellevue – Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
  • Redmond – Thursday
  • Bothell – Friday

Fees: I offer a Risk-Free Initial Session for Individuals, Couples, Adolescents and Groups looking to pursue counseling with me. For new patients without insurance, your initial appointment is a risk free initial session which means that you will not be billed for the session unless you decide to continue. For patients choosing to use insurance, the initial session will be billed to your insurance so please come prepared with your insurance card and any copay you may have. Insurance – In Network: I am an in-network provider with the following six companies

  • First Choice
  • Group Health
  • Lifewise
  • Premera

How in network insurance works: I will bill your insurance company for you so all you need to do is bring your insurance information with you to your initial appointment. If your policy requires a co-pay I will collect payment for your copay at the time of service. If for some reason your insurance company does not reimburse for services you will be responsible for your session fees. Please check with your provider to ensure that your insurance policy covers Mental Health Counseling from an In-Network Provider.

Insurance – Out of Network: For new patients without insurance, your initial appointment is a risk free initial session which means that you will not be billed for the session unless you ​decide to continue. For patients choosing to use insurance, the initial session will be billed to your insurance so please come prepared with your insurance card and any copay you may have. If you choose to use your credit or debit card for payment there will be a processing fee of up to 3.69% plus $0.15 per transaction included.​ For more information about insurance Click Here.

Receipts/Statements: In the event you require a printed or digital receipt, I will provide receipts for personal use, insurance reimbursement, Flex Spending Accounts (FSA), and Health Savings Accounts (HSA).

Payment options: Cash, Check, or Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express). A fee of up to 3.7% plus $0.15 per transaction will be added for credit card payments.
